HI! I'm Laura and I'm 16 and live in Louisville, Ky. I lived in Texas for one year and Georgia for almost 12 years before moving to Louisville when I was in middle school. I have one sister who is 13. Right now I'm finishing up my sophomore year at a private christian school. This was my first year in private school after being in public school for my whole life, so its definitly been a huge transition but I love it! I go to a huge church here in Louisville that I love and I'm into pretty much any sport, escpecially soccer and running. I like music too but I have about zero talent so I stick to sports. One of my passions is traveling the world and getting to experience new cultures. I feel like God has been using that to call me to missions. I went to Costa Rica last summer with AIM and it was a life changing experience. I got to see God move in powerful ways and I grew a lot spiritually in those 2 weeks because I was way out of my comfort zone. I still can't really believe that I am actually going to be spending a month in Kenya this summer. It's going to be amazing and I can't wait to meet everyone! See you soon:)
